These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in the 3-Day Live Workshop for Beauty Business Owners and any related content, materials, services, websites, or communications (collectively, the "Services") provided by Vo’s Management Consulting ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By registering for, accessing, or participating in the workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register for or participate in the Services.
1. Services Provided
The Company provides live educational training designed to help beauty business owners create and implement their own marketing systems. The workshop may include live video sessions, worksheets, templates, replays, and group discussions.
The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not guarantee specific business, financial, or marketing results.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the workshop. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Registration & Payment
Registration may require payment unless otherwise stated.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. The Company does not store your payment information.
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information.
4. Refund Policy
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:
All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, failure to attend, or dissatisfaction with results.
If a refund policy is offered for a specific promotion, it will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase and will override this section.
5. Intellectual Property
All workshop content, including but not limited to videos, slides, worksheets, templates, frameworks, branding, and training materials, are the intellectual property of Vo’s Management Consulting.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own personal or internal business use only.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or share the materials
Record the workshop without written permission
Use the materials to create competing products or services
6. Participant Conduct
You agree to:
Act respectfully toward the Company and other participants
Not disrupt sessions or engage in abusive, defamatory, or unlawful behavior
Not share login links or access credentials
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these Terms without refund.
7. Workshop Recordings
Live sessions may be recorded. By participating, you consent to audio and video recording. Recordings may be used for participant replays, internal training, or promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be recorded, you may keep your camera and microphone off during live sessions.
8. Disclaimer of Guarantees
The Company does not guarantee:
Increased revenue, clients, or business growth
Specific marketing results
Any particular outcome from applying the strategies taught
Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, implementation, and other factors beyond the Company’s control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vo’s Management Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Services.
Your participation is at your own risk.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vo’s Management Consulting from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Your participation in the workshop
Your violation of these Terms
Your misuse of the workshop materials
11. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services, with no obligation to provide a refund.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting with an updated effective date. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
